• Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who confirms that all information provided is accurate.

2. Registration

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Event slots are subject to availability.
• Registration details cannot be transferred without prior approval.
• Baby Olympic reserves the right to verify participant eligibility.

3. Participation

• Participants must report to the venue at the scheduled reporting time.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children before, during, and after the event.
• Failure to comply with event instructions may result in disqualification or removal from participation.

4. Health and Safety

Parents or guardians confirm that:

• The child is medically fit to participate.
• Any allergies or medical conditions have been disclosed during registration.
• The organisers are not responsible for health issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

In case of emergency, organisers may arrange immediate medical assistance, with associated costs remaining the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

5. Event Modifications

Baby Olympic reserves the right to:

• Change schedules & modify event formats.
• Change venues or postpone events.
• Cancel events due to weather, safety concerns, government directives, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Participants will be informed through the registered contact details wherever reasonably possible.

6. Refund and Cancellation

Registration fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, shall be considered only in exceptional circumstances or where an event is cancelled by the organisers, and no alternate arrangement is offered.

Requests for cancellation must be submitted through the official support channels.

7. Photography and Media Consent

Participants and their parents or guardians agree that photographs, videos, recordings, and event footage may be used by Baby Olympic for promotional, educational, advertising, social media, website, and marketing purposes without additional approval or compensation.

8. Code of Conduct

Parents, guardians, and accompanying family members are expected to:

• Maintain respectful behaviour & follow venue rules.
• Cooperate with event staff.
• Avoid disruptive or unsafe conduct.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse participation or remove individuals whose conduct affects the safety or experience of others.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, trademarks, designs, and other materials are the intellectual property of Baby Olympic unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.
• Upload harmful software or malicious content.
• Violate applicable laws while using the website.

11. Limitation of Liability

Baby Olympic shall not be liable for:

• Personal belongings lost during events.
• Delays caused by external factors or technical interruptions.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or event participation.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the parent's or guardian's discretion.

12. Indemnification

Parents or legal guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baby Olympic, its employees, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from participation or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kanpur.

14. Changes to the Terms

Baby Olympic may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective upon publication.
